Pieces are ensured to be of the utmost quality prior to shipping.  If you have a problem with your order PLEASE feel free to contact us for a resolution. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

We ship worldwide any duties or postal fees that may be levied by your country's postal service are not Remedy Reset Jewels responsibilty and are the sole responsibilty of you the customer.

Tracking information is sent with the shipment of each order. Please keep in mind that updated tracking information may not be guaranteed once a package has left the United states.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping as all pieces are handmade to order and up to two weeks during busy times (ex. holidays)
